Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free US shipping applies on orders over $50. Orders below that threshold show the current shipping rate at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery timing varies by destination and season, and the current estimate is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to activate in our courier's system.
Return Policy
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your set, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and safely packed in the original jewelry box. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
